“Precious Metals” trading is classified as high risk investment. Please ensure you understand the nature of the “Precious Metals” trading and carefully consider
in light of your experience, objectives, financial situation and the extent of your exposure to risk before signing this Account Opening Form.
Unless otherwise instructed by you by giving us of least 2 working days prior written notice, all funds payable to you will be credited to the following bank account

1. I/We hereby declare that: (a) the information and representation contained in this Account Opening Form are true, complete and correct; (b) I am/we are the person(s) who is/are ultimately responsible for originating the instructions; and (c) I am/we are the person(s) who stand(s) to gain the commercial/economic benefit of the transaction and/or bear the commercial/economic risk.
2. I/We hereby confirm and agree that Emperio Precious Metal Limited (“EMPERIO”) may rely on such information and representation for all purposes, unless and until EMPERIO receives notice in writing from me/us of any change thereof.
3. EMPERIO has clearly explained the “Terms and Conditions for Precious Metals Trading Services” , “Notice To Clients Relating To Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (“The Ordinance”) AND Personal Data (Privacy) (Amendment) Ordinance 2012 (“Amendment Ordinance”)” and “Risk Disclosure Statements” contained in this Agreement (“Precious Metals Trading Client Agreement”) to me/us. EMPERIO has invited me/us to ask questions and take independent advice on the above documents/content if I/we wish. I/We hereby confirm that I/we have carefully read and understand the above “Terms and Conditions for Precious Metals Trading Services”, “Notice To Clients Relating To Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (“The Ordinance”) AND Personal Data (Privacy) (Amendment) Ordinance 2012 (“Amendment Ordinance”)” and “Risk Disclosure Statements” and agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions. EMPERIO shall have the right to amend and supplement the above terms and conditions from time to time by giving me/us notice of such amendment. I/We also agree to be bound by such amendment and supplement.
4. I/We also acknowledge that EMPERIO does not provide any investment, tax or legal advice or recommendations or bear any responsibility thereof.
5. I/We understand that the opening of the Account is subject to the final acceptance of EMPERIO.
6. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and English version herein, the English version shall prevail.
